  • ¼ large onion (sliced)
  • Two eggs
  • One or two thinly sliced asparagus
  • ½ teaspoon of turmeric
  • Drawn butter

  1. Take one teaspoon of drawn butter in a small skillet and heat it. When it is hot, add onions and gently cook for four minutes.

  7. Lower the heat to medium low and rotate the pan at regular intervals. This is must if yours is an uneven stove.
  8. Continue it until the omelet gets the consistency you desire. Since this is a bit thicker, you may have to keep on rotating it for some time.
  9. Check if the egg is getting stiff. If it gains the thickness to keep it together, take it out and flip.
